Patch: David Develder, 47, was charged with one count of second-degree possession of prescription legend drugs with the intent to distribute and one count of third-degree possession of controlled dangerous substances without a prescription, said Hunterdon County Prosecutor Renée M. Robeson.
On Aug. 13, members of U.S. Postal Inspection Services, U.S. Homeland Security, the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office’s Narcotics Task Force, and the Readington Township Police Department coordinated a controlled delivery of the packages.
Moments after delivery, Develder was taken into custody without incident.
