Video: Piles of mail dumped on Memphis street

MEMPHIS, Tennessee (KMID/KPEJ) – 12/7/24 – Thousands of pieces of mail were dumped along Crump Boulevard, causing an obstacle for drivers on Wednesday.

The United States Postal Service said it was caused by a contractor that “inadvertently dropped some of its load”.

But some say this isn’t the first time they’ve seen mail scattered along the same South Memphis road near Mississippi Boulevard. The postal service said the mail was what they call “UBBM,” which means undeliverable marketing mail or bulk business mail. WREG Memphis

  1. Just curious if any journalists thought to asked if … any return ballots for the 2024 election happened to be found in the piles of mail dumped on the road?

The postal service said the mail was what they call “UBBM,” which means undeliverable marketing mail or bulk business mail. So, if that is true then no ballots should have been in that dumped mail. PEN
