FLORENCE, SOUTH CAROLINA — 6/21/23 – Trevor Seward and Jerome Davis are scheduled to be sentenced in federal court on Thursday, June 22, 2023.   Seward is being sentenced after being convicted at trial for the murder and robbery of mail carrier Irene Pressley, which occurred after Pressley refused to deliver two pounds of marijuana to Seward. Davis is being sentenced after pleading guilty to his role in the robbery of Pressley. A press conference will be held at 4:00pm following Davis’ sentencing.

United States District Judge Donald C. Coggins, Jr. presided over the trial and will impose the sentences.
