The holiday season is upon us, that means a lot of package deliveries.
NBC 10 News heard from a number of people looking for answers from shipping companies to actions some of them caught on camera.
One video from a Riverside doorbell camera shows a USPS worker shouting expletives and aggressively tossing a package on the resident’s front porch.
“It infuriates me,” Alice Mercer-Medeira of Dartmouth told us.
She used to be a USPS mail carrier for years.
“I know how hard the job can be,” Mercer Medeira said. “But I also know how rewarding it can be.”
And now, she’s not exempt from the service many others see, especially during the hustle and bustle of the holiday season.
She showed us one package that said online was delivered to her front door on Friday.
“My husband found it Saturday afternoon in a full bag of water up by the mailbox by the road,” Mercer-Medeira said. More at Turn to 10
