My box is on my apt.at the front door. For 25 years the carriers have misdelivered mail not only to my neighbor who very kindly brings it to me but my mail has been delivered all over my neighborhood.my box is new and clearly shows correct address and so does hers.we both have reported this to downtown post office with no resolution.what can we do?
