NASHVILLE, TN – Days after FOX 17 told you about people in Woodbine upset about mail delivery, more complaints are coming in. People say postal workers are delivering damaged packages, leaving packages out for thieves and even not delivering mail at all.

“Something needs to be done about it,” said Hannah Cooper, who works in Woodbine.

“For the last few months, we do not get mail on a regular basis,” said Andy Neuman, owner of Handyman Connections.

Businesses on Nolensville Pike have similar complaints about missing mail and those who live in Woodbine say the same thing. They say the mail also isn’t being picked up

“Mail not showing-up, drop-off boxes that are full to the point where I can grab the mail out of it if I wanted to,” said Cooper.

“When I talk to individual carriers, or any route carriers, they’ll tell you that they’re understaffed,” said Neuman. Read more
