i am writing to get guidance for the us post office in ocklawaha fl 32183 concerning the disrespect of our nation’s flag. as of today, (3/23/16) it has not been taken down for 3 days. there is no light on it. the mgr aka sandy claims she puts it up and takes it down herself everyday. obviously not true. when there’s long weekend it’ll go up sat am and get taken down tues pm. if then. sometimes it just doesn’t go up and it’s also left out in bad storms.
as my grandfather served in france, my dad in the phillipines and i during the vietnam era, i take our flag to heart and honor it. any help?
sincerely, mark Callahan
