BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) – 12/10/15 – A viewer in Birmingham submitted surprising video of a United States postal employee throwing a package at her front door. The video was captured by a home security camera.

The postal service’s response is bs. What this carrier did is nothing compared to the way parcels get handled inside the buildings where the public can’t see anything. Handling them “properly” would take more time and be VERY sure that is the ONLY thing the USPS cares about.
