BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – A $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a man suspected of stealing mail.

Surveillance video captures a man parking a car, walking down a sidewalk and making his way over to a cluster of mailboxs. The suspect then finds a way into each mailbox and walks away with bundles of stolen mail. Read more
