DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ga. — A Douglas County woman says she couldn’t believe her eyes when she watched her home surveillance video that showed a postal worker throw a package onto the front steps of her house.

The homeowner, who asked not to be identified, told Channel 2’s Tyisha Fernandes she was expected the package to arrive Wednesday afternoon.
