Again as a country we get away from the Root Cause. Not one mention in this interview about the vandals being caught. Are they even looking for them? Is there an increased law enforcement presence in the neighborhood? Town watch set up? No lets just say, this happened and lets blame the people that have the most $$ and have them bail us out.
