Video: Operations Resume After NJ Postal Facility Hazmat Incident

Officials in Hamilton Township, Mercer County say employees have been allowed to re-enter the postal facility and resume operations following a hazmat incident on Friday.

NJ hazmat units, firefighters and officials concluded the response effort around 3 p.m.

There is still no indication as to what caused some workers to fall ill.

Hazmat crews responded to the building at 435 U.S. Route 130 around 9:50 a.m.

Several people reported feeling dizzy and nauseated, and at least one person passed out. 13 people were being treated at the scene – they did not have to go to the hospital.
