NALC and the Postal Service have agreed on a new memorandum Re: Signing Overtime Lists (M-01828), which allows the installation head and branch president or their designees to mutually elect to develop a process that allows employees who transfer from another installation, or part-time flexibles and CCAs converted to full-time status after the two-week period for signing the lists, to place their names on either the overtime desired list or work assignment list.
