To avoid missing out on a potential job opportunity, log on to eCareer today, create your profile and begin your search for jobs.
Here’s how to access eCareer. If you have a postal computer, search and apply for vacancies online in eCareer by going to Blue. Click on the “My Life” tab, and then, under “Jobs,” click on eCareer.
From your home computer or any non-postal computer, search and apply for vacancies by going to http://ecareer.usps.gov. Click on eCareer from the LiteBlue home page and log in with your EIN and USPS PIN.
During the Phase 1 postings, all impacted and non-impacted employees can apply for available vacancies within their limited area of competition (LAC). See the Organizational Changes (postal computer access only) website for more details on LACs and timelines of activity.
Your essays should still follow the STAR format, however unlike with the 991, you can now address more than one of your posted requirements in each situation you address.
NOTE: If you would like to advertise with PEN please contact us.

I just finished doing the KSAs for 3 of the jobs, and I have never used ecareer before, I wasn’t told you don’t write this out in KSA form. My applications are 15000-20000 characters long, and you can only put 6000 in. Thank you very much. I don’t have time to re-write these out, and now I am going to lose out on applying for these jobs. Thanks USPS!
