Jul 25, 2014 Stephen Sombrotto, son of former National Association of Letter Carriers President Vincent R. Sombrotto, addressed the NALC’s 69th Biennial Convention in Philadelphia on Wednesday, July 23. Vincent Sombrotto, a member of New York City Branch 36, served as national president from 1979 to 2002. He died in 2013.
