Stephen Sombrotto, son of former National Association of Letter Carriers President Vincent R. Sombrotto, addressed the NALC’s 69th Biennial Convention in Philadelphia on Wednesday, July 23. Vincent Sombrotto, a member of New York City Branch 36, served as national president from 1979 to 2002. He died in 2013.
