TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)- After losing his job, Rex Foote can’t afford presents for his grand kids this Christmas.

“I didn’t have the money to buy them any presents. If anyone could be down at the bottom without living in the Mission or being out on the street, I’m down there,” says Rex.
