GREENSBORO, N.C. – 12.16.14 –  Postal workers have been planning for a year to deal with the 8.2 million pieces of mail that will come through the processing facility on Monday alone. 

 “It’s our busiest day of the year,” said Russell Gardner USPS district manager for the northern part of North Carolina including the Triad.  “Over the weekend people started making their Christmas cards out and that’s why today is our busiest days.”
