CARROLLTON, GA – 9.29.2014 – Residents living on privately owned property that borders the University of West Georgia, called the Village at West Georgia on Cunningham Drive in Carrollton, haven’t gotten their mail in nearly a month according to Al Hamiliton. Hamilton is a non-student who lives in the complex.
