NARFE 7/28/26 – As members prepare for Open Season this fall to review your health benefits, some annuitants may need to contact the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). NARFE Federal Benefits Experts learned last week that OPM has changed how retirees should contact Retirement Services.

To contact OPM, members should use the OPM Retirement Services online contact form. Please bookmark https://www.opm.gov/support/retirement/contact/ to access the form. This online form should now be used to submit questions and inquiries to OPM Retirement Services.
Additionally, you can also access OPM’s Services Online to
- View your annuity statement;
- Access your 1099-R tax statement;
- Update direct deposit information;
- Verify life insurance coverage and
- Manage other retirement account information.
