A USPS mail handler has won his case heard before the  United States Court of Appeals – Cunningham v. United States Postal Service. The Judge reversed the decision of the M.S.P.B. – Merit Systems Protection Board.

ANTHONY D. CUNNINGHAM, the mail handler, worked at the USPS P&DC in Cleveland, OH. It seems he got into a fight with a co-worker after his tour but while still on USPS property.

After completing their investigation USPS removed Cunningham for improper conduct and violation of the USPS Zero Tolerance policy.
