SAN TAN VALLEY, AZ – Residents are reporting possible postal problems in a San Tan Valley neighborhood again.

It’s nothing new for the residents who’ve been dealing with USPS problems for months–this time in a neighborhood near Gantzel and Combs roads.

  1. egark, it’s easy to tell when the box is closed and locked. You jiggle the door and pull on it. If it opens, that means it’s not locked.
    As stated in the video, a contractor was hired to deliver the mail, obviously one who doesn’t care.
    This is what happens when they have no skin in the game.

  2. That style of box is very poorly designed. It is difficult to lock, and it is very easy to think it is locked when it actually is not.
