The greater Rochester area got blasted with snow Tuesday. The weather makes it tough for everyone — especially those working outside like postal service employees.
On Wednesday, News10NBC’s Amanda Ciavarri went along with a postal worker as they made their routes. We also asked the worker what residents can do to make their jobs easier.
The first thing you should know: If your mailbox is covered in snow, or there isn’t a clear path to the box on your house — you probably won’t get your mail.
