MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Memphis man has a warrant out for his arrest after he allegedly attacked his work supervisor at the Post Office on 555 South Third St.. Police are asking the public to be on the lookout for Richard L. Martin, 59, of Tuggle Road.
The warrant is for the charges of aggravated assault and civil rights intimidation.
The victim told police Martin came into her office, screamed racial slurs at her and punched her. He then beat her with a chair. Read more
