NAPUS – During Postmaster General Megan Brennan’s address to Postmasters at the NAPUS National Convention in Mobile, AL, Aug. 31, she confirmed that FY 2016 data will be used to evaluate all post offices, with implementation of any changes to take effect mid-FY 2017.
