PORTLAND, Ore. – Oregon State Police say a statewide investigation is underway Monday after “multiple government offices” received mail with an unknown substance.
State police say at least 10 different county or state buildings throughout the state received the letter.
Hazmat teams responded to the reports, OSP said. Investigators from multiple agencies also responded.
