Nothing goes missing when this postal worker’s on duty!
A California postwoman has received awards for heroism for finding two missing girls in as many weeks, according to a report.
Vista Post Office employee Chyanne Thomas first recognized Abbey Motzer, a shoeless 15-year-old girl with autism who had gone missing in San Diego in mid-April, with at least 80 joining a search party.
Then, at the end of the same month, she spotted a 3-year-old who was alone and afraid — and called 911 and stayed with the child, who did not speak English, until her panicked mom arrived, she said.
“Us mail carriers — we notice everything,” Thomas told Fox 5 San Diego. “We do not miss a thing.” Read more at NY Post
