Video: Texas mail carrier accused of spraying Garland Boston Terrier with Mace

A Garland, TX resident claims a fill-in mail carrier sprayed her Boston Terrier in the face with pepper spray.

Holly Hill said while she was sitting on her porch Thursday, the carrier walked by and asked if her dog, Remo, was “OK,” KTVT-TV (Channel 11) reported.

Hill said that she told the carrier he was, but that the carrier pulled out the Mace and sprayed the 15-pound dog, KTVT reported.

“He could have said, ‘Can you pick up your dog? Can you put your dog inside?’ Any number of things. He didn’t have to come up and mace him,” Hill told KTVT. “I understand there’s a need for the Mace, but this is not a dog that needs Mace.” Read more
