A man ‘with a long history of mental health problems’ has been shot dead by police officers after he charged at them armed with a knife.
The man, a postal worker at the Warners Bay post office in New South Wales, Australia, was confronted by police at 3pm (GMT+10) on September 9.
A video of the incident was posted online and shows several police officers pleading with the man to drop the knife.
