Job vacancies for Phase II District Customer Service Offices and mail processing organizational changes opened yesterday and remain available online through July 1.

Employees who received a general RIF notice, who are in an impacted position, and who didn’t get a job during the Phase I postings are encouraged to apply for vacancies for which they are qualified during the Phase II period. Go to the Organizational Changes website (Note: this link will take you to Blue…only from a USPS computer) for more details on these Limited Area of Competition positions and activity timelines.

Note that Phase II is for impacted employees only. Impacted employees placed in a Phase I job no longer are “impacted” and can’t apply for a job during Phase II.

Employees can access eCareer (via LiteBlue) online using any postal or non-postal computer. You’ll need your 8-digit Employee Identification Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN) if you log on using a non-postal computer. If you’ve forgotten your PIN, follow the prompts on LiteBlue to get a new one.
