KATY, TX (KTRK) – 12/31/15 – Thieves stole mail from two Katy-area post office bins Tuesday morning, according to a postal inspector.

A note from the postal inspector is taped onto a bin located on Fourth Street in Historic Katy. The note warns residents who use that outdoor bin to monitor their banking accounts closely. Read more
