Video: Houston second-highest when it comes to USPS workers bitten by dogs

HOUSTON – July 01, 2015 – The U.S. Postal Service said dogs bit more than 5,700 of its employees last year.

Los Angeles led the list with 74 dog bites. Houston followed with 62 bites. San Diego, Chicago and Dallas round out the top five.

In June, a dog bit a postal worker delivering mail on Indianapolis near Uvalde in east Houston.  Neighbors said the worker had bites on his arm and knee.  He was rushed to the hospital. His bosses said he was OK. Read more
