RUSKIN, FL (WFLA) – Doug Hughes, the 61-year-old Ruskin postal worker who landed a self-piloted gyrocopter on the Capitol lawn in Washington D.C. this week returned home around 2:30 a.m. on Sunday.
Hughes made headlines earlier this week when he flew a gyrocopter to Washington in protest of campaign finance. He spent a day in jail before a federal judge released him, placing him on home detention. Read more

I am 66 with 5 kids … and i think what you did was great ! what we need is to form a consumer’s union and Boycott ( like we did before ) ONE targeted large business..make them an example. I have always suggested McD’s. If people would stop eating there for one month … believe me the min wage would go up there .. and then this union refocuses .. side step the politicans .. they are all bought ..
