NAPS Says Factfinding Report Validates Their Position That EAS Pay Rates and Pay System Have “Serious Flaws”

April 30, 2019, a factfinding panel commissioned by the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service issued its Report and Recommendations in response to NAPS’s challenge to the Postal Service’s pay plan for postal managers and supervisors covering fiscal years 2016-19.

  1. 1 manager for every 5 employees, what do they really do all day. And they want bonuses and higher pay. Save the USPS and get rid of 90k bosses who don’t work.

  2. The only flaw and eas pay has is it’s to much for those who contribute nothing to the movement and delivery of the mail. Let alone the ridiculous bonuses for a company supposedly going broke.
    NAPS………….if there’s a more perfect acronym for this group, I don’t know what it could be.
