The United States Postal Service is being Sued by Triumph Donnelly Studios Legal for Priority Mail that was Business Confidential Mail that was Lost by the Foy Post office in Los Angeles.

The United States Postal Service will be receiving a Damages Lawsuit to their National Tort Claims Center for the loss of very confidential business mail sent Priority Mail in late August of 2016 to Los Angeles. Under 28 U.S.C.ss 2401(b) and 39 C.F.R.912(a) The United States Postal Service and the Postmaster of The Foy Post Office in Los Angeles produced “extreme negligence” by not properly transporting very confidential business mail from Triumph Donnelly Studios LLC. TDS filed a Standard Form 95 Claim to The USPS National Tort Claim Center in St. Louis, MO in early September of 2016. The Chief Counsel and Others denied the Claim in 2 weeks in stead of the mandatory Six Months to Investigate a Claim. Triumph Donnelly Studios did not cash the Insurance Claim Check for $50.00 sent to TDS 3 days after filing this Claim. This will be used as well for supportive evidence against The United States Postal Service. As well to be used as evidence of “negligence” by the United States Post office and their Employees, several cases have been reported of carriers dumping mail in dumpsters, creeks and other means of disposal so to not delivery United States Citizens Mail which is paid to the Post Office to Deliver.

The United States Postal Service in their Denial of Claim letter to Triumph Donnelly Studios from the Chief Counsel of The National Tort Claims Center under the Federal Torts Claim Act stated” the post office and our employee are not liable for mail loss”.  This lawsuit to be filed within the next Six Months will show just how “negligent” The United States Postal Service and their Postmaster of the Foy Post Office in Los Angeles are to Megan Brennan The Postmaster General of The United States Postal Service, whom as well will be served said Lawsuit once filed by Triumph Donnelly Studios Legal.
