ALTON, IL (KTVI) – Residents who live at the Mather Street Apartment complex in Alton, Illinois are frustrated because the U.S. Postal Service stopped delivering their mail. The service came to a halt more than a week ago after a tenant allegedly threatened a mail carrier and used racial slurs. More
