Effective immediately, PS Form 8190, USPS-NALC Joint Step A Grievance Form, has been revised. The form is used to document Step A of the grievance procedure established between the U.S. Postal Service® and the National Association of Letter Carriers, AFL-CIO.
Additions to PS Form 8190 include the following:
- Sections for Informal Step A and Formal Step A.
- Detailed instructions for the steps.
- A third page with space for the Management Settlement Offer, the Union Settlement Offer, and mailing addresses of Postal Service™ and NALC representatives.
A copy of PS Form 8190 is available on pages 12–14.
