I want to take a moment to thank you for your dedication and service to our customers this holiday season.

Between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day, you will deliver more than 15 billion pieces of mail and 900 million packages.

Many of those mailpieces are cards conveying holiday wishes and letters reaffirming the bonds of family and friendship. And many of those packages are gifts that will bring joy to their recipients of all ages.

Your efforts during the holidays help us earn our customers’ trust and loyalty and demonstrate the Postal Service’s value to the American public. As postal employees, we take great pride in serving our customers at every touch point.

On behalf of our executive leadership team, I wish you and your loved ones a safe and happy holiday season.

  1. I reside at a condo in Tarpon Springs Fl, where there are 2 USPS parcel lockers one that has had a broken lock for 3 years.Myself along with several other condo owners have gone to the main Post Office and complained to the head maintenance man and also the Post Master herself.I find it highly offensive how the maintenance man just shrugged us off and got a little nasty with my wife.We the people pay the salaries of all you government employees the least you could do is make an attempt to change a simple broken lock.I have all my parcels sent to my daughters house because you never know if the one locker will be available. Please contact me ASAP if there is anyway this problem can be resolved i hope to hear from someone soon. The sad thing is there is one employee who is the best worker out of the whole crew i only wish he was the head maintenance man or Postmaster.

  2. I see that you are doing a great job, I wish I could say the same for the post office workers in my area. I had a package from overseas that Was not delivered to me for months and I opened an investigation into where it went. I just got a call from the office and they stated that they couldnt track the package and that it out of their hands now, good luck. I asked how is that a resolution to my package being miss delivered and she stated , well sir they didnt insure it so that it wasnt the USPS problem and I need to take it up with the vendor. I don’t understand. As the post master general I pose you this question, is this how you conduct business, is this how you treat the customers that still used the USPS system for their delivery needs? How would that type of work ethic work for me as a veteran when I was called to defend my country i just said well you know I am not in uniform right now so that is not my problem. What ever happened to honor, and loyalty to your customers? I am disappointed and saddened by the lack of respect from the USPS.
