USPS: Sign up for new employee password

Employees must use their new, more secure passwords to access the LiteBlue site and online Human Resources self-service applications, including PostalEASE, eReassign,eIDEAS and eOPF.

To create your new password, go to LiteBlue and click on the “Forgot Your Password?” option. You will be redirected to the Self-Service Profile Application where you can create your new password. You’ll need it to access LiteBlue during this year’s Open Season benefits enrollment period.

You may continue using your current 4-digit Personal Identification Numbers (PIN) and Employee Identification Numbers (EIN) to conduct HR transactions over the phone.

If you have questions, call the HR Shared Service Center at 877-477-3273 and press option 5.

PLEASE NOTE: PEN cannot answer any questions regarding USPS employee passwords. Please use the LiteBlue link in the USPS article above.
