As referenced in Article 8, Sections 4 and 5, of the USPS–NALC and USPS–APWU national agreements, the December period (during which penalty overtime regulations are not applicable) consists of four consecutive service weeks. This year, the December period begins Pay Period 26-13 — Week 1 (November 30, 2013) — and ends Pay Period 01-14 — Week 2 (December 27, 2013).

Night time pay is not overtime pay.. If you go past 7:00 your paid a few cents more per hour ( nothing to write home about ) If your work is over 8 hours you will get time and a half for hours worked plus the night differential if past 7:00 If you work over 10 hours in a day you will get Dbl time plus night differential if past 7:00 Hope that clears it up for you ..
