Also, unlike other shippers, USPS is not implementing new<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.usps.com\/dimensionalweight\/welcome.htm\" target=\"_blank\"><em>dimensional weight<\/em><\/a>\u00a0charges.<\/p>\n<p>During the most recent fiscal year, Shipping and Package Services volume grew by 300 million pieces, an 8.1 percent increase from one year earlier.<\/p>\n<p>Under the Jan. 26 pricing proposal,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.usps.com\/international\/priority-mail-international.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Priority Mail International<\/a><\/em><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>prices will increase 6.8 percent, pricing to Canada will be zoned, and<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.usps.com\/international\/priority-mail-express-international.htm\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Priority Mail Express International<\/em><\/a><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>prices will increase 6.7 percent with flat-rate pricing available.<\/p>\n<p>A list of proposed prices is available on the<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.prc.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\">PRC\u2019s website<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>USPS proposes the prices become effective April 26.
