She was disoriented, but she was able to tell him she\u2019d fallen the night before.<\/p>\n<p>O\u2019Neal called 911 and rushed to ask neighbors for a towel to stop the bleeding. O\u2019Neal remained with her until emergency responders arrived. Then he finished his route.<\/p>\n<p>The next day, the woman\u2019s daughter-in-law met O\u2019Neal at the door. \u201cThank goodness you were there, otherwise the outcome could have been much worse,\u201d she said. Other neighbors thanked him as well.<\/p>\n<p>O\u2019Neal said, \u201cI feel good knowing I was able to assist someone who was injured.
