[ PEN note: video link provided by USPS news link &#8211; when the video is posted on YouTube we will post that video.]<\/p>\n<p>Donahoe<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/liteblue.usps.gov\/news\/link\/2014\/11nov\/news17s1.htm\" target=\"_blank\"><em>announced<\/em><\/a><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>last week he will retire Feb. 1, 2015. With USPS closing the fiscal year with a $2 billion increase in revenue and $5 billion in the bank, the PMG says he\u2019s optimistic for the Postal Service\u2019s future.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA lot of big things are coming up on the horizon, like new products and services and the labor negotiations,\u201d the PMG says. \u201cI thought it was probably a good time to hand the baton off to somebody else to run the organization for the long-term.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Chief Operating Officer Megan Brennan, who will succeed Donahoe as the next PMG, also appears in the video.
