It was on the shoulder, the exits, and even raining from the sky in the area around the 9th St. exit. &#8220;Where did all this mail come from?,&#8221; asks driver Qualo Dominguez of Little Rock. &#8220;I&#8217;ve never seen anything like this.&#8221;\u00a0 &#8220;Yeah, I&#8217;m surprised it got this bad, &#8221; says tourist Johnny Farrel.<\/p>\n<p>A U.S. Postal Service representative says the coupons, letters and magazines fell off a Goldman Recycling truck.
