So we\u2019ve got to stay with it,\u201d Donahoe says.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s especially important to meet the expectations of customers who vote by mail, the PMG says. \u201cWe need to make sure that the ballots are getting through and they are being delivered to the election authorities in a timely manner,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n<p>The PMG also discusses why it\u2019s important for the Postal Service to handle packages properly. \u201cWe\u2019ve got to make sure we\u2019re treating every package with the respect that a customer expects to be their shipper of choice.
