You will be redirected to the Self-Service Profile Application where you can create your new password. You\u2019ll need it to access<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><em>LiteBlue<\/em><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>during this year\u2019s Open Season benefits enrollment period.<\/p>\n<p>You may continue using your current 4-digit Personal Identification Numbers (PIN) and Employee Identification Numbers (EIN) to conduct HR transactions over the phone.<\/p>\n<p>If you have questions, call the HR Shared Service Center at 877-477-3273 and press option 5.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PLEASE NOTE: PEN cannot answer any questions regarding USPS employee passwords.
