The encryption will not work for internal to internal email communications within USPS\u00ae. Only email going outside the USPS environment can use this method. <a href=\"https:\/\/postalemployeenetwork.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/1aa-USPS-small.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-7270\" src=\"https:\/\/postalemployeenetwork.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/1aa-USPS-small.gif\" alt=\"1aa-USPS-small\" width=\"250\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>To encrypt messages, follow these instructions:<\/p>\n<p>n\u00a0After composing and addressing a message, include\u00a0#sensitive# in the subject line.
