Those who have saved rate salary-protection will receive a lump-sum payment to be included their February 28, 2014 paychecks. This will apply to many PTPMs impacted by POStPlan. Those who do not have such salary protection should have received the 1% salary increase. However, this increase will not raise their hourly rates above the new maximum of $18.64 per hour.
