Millions of dollars are being returned to people who thought they lost it all.<\/p>\n<p>Fraud victim Wanda Wood explained, \u201cOne morning I answered the phone\u2026 and this a young fella said \u201chi Grandma\u201d\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Wanda says the voice sounded like her grandson, Matt. She became concerned when he said he was in Canada and needed help: $4500 wired to him immediately.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI really and truly thought it was Matt.
