The hearing, which is scheduled for Thursday, September 26, is entitled: \u201cOutside the Box: Reforming and Renewing the Postal Service.\u201d The hearing will begin at 10:00 AM EDT and is the second in a series of two hearings. Thursday\u2019s hearing will focus on promoting a 21st Century Postal workforce, including postal health benefit proposals. Besides President Rapoza, the scheduled witnesses include: the Postmaster General, the presidents of the National Association of Letter Carriers and the National Postal Mail Handlers Union, representatives from Office of Personnel Management and the Government Accountability Office, and two economists.
